About this property

Perfect for 2 families. 2 MBRs. Elevator, 4 min walk 2 beach, pool and clean!

Three By the Sea is beautifully decorated with just the right touches to make you feel right at home. Our home comfortably sleeps 10 with four bedrooms and three and a half baths. Bathrooms located on each floor. Plenty of room for two families as we have two master bedrooms with their own separate bathrooms.

We are located in a great community for kids to ride bikes, scooters, or explore the neighborhood pier. Our home is located next to the community pool, convenient for parents with kids. Nothing better after a long day at the beach than a swim in the pool! The community pool is open from approximately Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Our home has gorgeous views of the ocean, with the sunrise on one side of the house in the morning and the sunset from the other in the evening, from one of 6 decks.

We are just a 4 minute walk to the beach.

Don't worry about carrying in those heavy suitcases and groceries because our home has an elevator.

NO PETS and NO SMOKING: Due to a family allergy, we do not allow smoking or pets of any kind.

SHEETS & TOWELS: We ask our guests to provide their own sheets and towels. We can recommend a fantastic local rental company if guests do not want to provide their own.

SMALL CHILDREN: Our home has a pack-and-play and a high chair available.

7-Night Minimum: We require a 7-night minimum during peak season, which is from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and rent from Saturday to Saturday.

POOL: Our community pool opens Memorial Day (End of May) and closes around Labor Day (September).
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great place to stay

Only there for a few days but everything was wonderful, the house was very nice, kitchen was very spacious, and the walk to the beach was not out of the way for a 2nd/3rd row house.

Fantastic property and wonderful location! Loved all the common spaces for relaxing with the family, especially the wonderful decks! Close walks to both the beach and a dock on sound side. Owner was very responsive and great to work with.

We loved staying at this house. Very close walk to the beach, beautiful view and boardwalk to the sound and the house had everything we needed for two families with young children. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time while staying here. The neighborhood is awesome with the dock and pool. Kids had a blast exploring. The beach was an easy walk and really nice. Home owners were easy to reach as needed and home was nicely appointed. Thanks for a great stay, see you next year!

We really enjoyed our stay! The elevator is a lifesaver for luggage and groceries. The dock provided great fishing, good conversation with neighbors, and beautiful sunsets. Location of the house was perfect, the community was quiet and relaxing, and an easy walk to the beach.

Absolutely amazing

This place was in the perfect location, near town, the pier and beach. It was beautiful with great views, and had plenty of space for the kids who really enjoyed the pool (which was never crowded) and riding the elevator. It was very turn key and made our vacation amazing. The host was very responsive even though we had no issues whatsoever. Great rental, thanks to the hosts!

3rd Annual Family Vacation At Three by the Sea

This was our 3rd vacation in a row in this home and I hope many more. Great house, great owners and great time. Close walk to the beach and the dock in the sound is a big favorite. Bring or rent kayaks and paddle boards if you like and bring fishing and crabbing equipment. The owners keep in touch and make sure everything is good. Also has elevator for us old folks! Community pool in the center of the complex.

Perfect Spot!

We had our full family here and it had everything we needed; boogie boards, beach chairs, washer and dryer, plenty of kitchen supplies and even a high chair and pack and play which was so helpful. The space was perfect; balconies everywhere, quite space for people when our kids got too loud, elevator was awesome for unloading. The owner was so helpful and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. The walk to the beach was very easy, even with a load of stuff! Would come back here again.

Perfect for two couples with small kids

Couldn’t have been happier with the stay. We traveled with another couple and their baby, brining our 4 year old and our own baby. Great layout and location to give everyone space and ideal hang out space. Easy to pool and views of the Intercoastal Waterway. Super short walk to beach. Seriously could. Ot have asked for a better time.
