The open floor plan boasts a spacious great room with two sets of sliding glass doors leading to the 25 ft private ocean front balcony. Hurricane shutters for extra protection. The expansive chef's fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, white appliances, wine cooler, newer refrigerator, plenty of counter and storage space. New AC. Both bedrooms are direct oceanfront. Inside laundry room. Very well maintained and secure building. Oceanfront pool and deck, clubhouse and underground reserved parking. Enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets daily. This is a must see!
