This is a great Venice location. Relaxing and quiet surroundings on Oxford Avenue yet within minutes, on Abbot Kinney, you can enjoy restaurants, boutiques, yoga/meditation, sports activities or take a short walk to the beach.

What makes this property unique

There is an exotic garden and courtyard and a great view of Venice and Marina Del Rey from the deck of the house from where you can enjoy the vistas and sunset and sunrise.
