Exactly as advertised and beds / furniture very comfortable. Also in a great location within easy walking distance to good restaurants and shops. Host was very responsive but responsiveness wasn't very necessary since everything worked and we encountered no issues.

The place is very noisy with the heavy traffic all night long. Busy street! The appliance are old and not in good shape. Especially Dishwasher and stove. The Bathtub in the masterbath looks dirty.

Excellent place to stay! Marcos and Caroline were super nice and very helpful with the entire process. I rented a car, making it super convenient to get to Venice beach and Santa Monica! Still close enough to get to little Tokyo and K Town for some excellent food and drinks. Too bad my trip was too short. I would venture out to other parts of the city. Will return!
