Very quiet and comfortable home! Roomy for 8. House is nice and clean with a beautiful outdoor deck. Upstairs is 2 bedrooms with full bath and study. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook. Very enjoyable home

Beautiful home! Really enjoyed the stay. Loved that it was so close to Texoma Lake, just a few minutes away. The owners were very responsive to any questions that we had. Would definitely stay here again.

We originally booked it as a fishing trip, then a few days before our daughter and her fiance decided they should get married before his deployment. My husband has a ministerial license so a very sweet wedding ceremony was held in the backyard. Brings new meaning to creating memories there!

The place was excellent and super convenient for golf and some striper fishing. Host was excellent with communication. We will book this place again for sure. Gated deck and back yard were nice to hang out on!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and very nicely decorated. Beds were comfy. Shower was great. We used the firepit and ping pong table. A great time was had by all!! Besides a tiny snafu at check in which was resolved immediately by the host everything was terrific!! I appreciated their quick response.

Thanks for your feedback, and we are so glad to hear the home was in Great Shape! As we are located by a lake in a smaller town, the Starlink is what we are offered. Broadband should be installed within the year. However, we typically have not heard about the internet being bad. This was the best solution available in this area.

The house was super clean and smelled fresh. There was plenty of space and it had a fun layout with 4 total bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a pull out couch. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly with plenty of spacing between houses. There was no table on the porch, and we never found any tennis or pickleball but ping pong was fun. Would recommend!

Accurate listing and nice modern home. The only drawback is that some of the community amenities are (playground, pavilion, etc) are not a walkable distance with small children.

Thanks for the review!! Very true, you wouldn’t want to walk without a great stroller for sure. There is a parking lot though where you can park at the park, basketball or pavilions .
