Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located home in Saugatuck, located directly across the street from the bike path, 1 block away from the Ivy House (wedding/event venue), and one door down from Penny Royale Cafe.
Well equipped with hot tub, private fenced yard, gas fire pit, plenty of parking and recently renovated top to bottom. The home also has a recreation/game room with ping pong/pool table, seating area, and table for cards or games. This location is perfect for riding to the beach or downtown to enjoy restaurants, shops, and all the Saugatuck/Douglas area has to offer!

This was a perfect home away for us - with even "twisty straws" in the cupboard for our 3 and 5 year old grands! The house and yard were well-maintained as well as welcoming and inviting spaces. We highly recommend this VRBO to others!

Amazing Property and Hosts

This was the perfect house for my girls trip! They were so kind and accommodating! By far the best stocked rental property I have ever been to! Harmony was so attentive, especially during an ownership transition right before my stay! I will definitely be coming back to the area and staying in their rental if it’s available! They even left me a baggie of treats even though I was choosing to leave my pup at home this trip! Can’t wait to come back!

Why they chose this property

Absolutely LOVE the vibe of the Saugatuck/Douglas area! We were immediately drawn in by the downtown with waterfront restaurants, live music, shops, and Oval Beach! This home is also conveniently located right across the street from the bike trail, next door to Pennyroyal Cafe/Restaurant, and a block from the Ivy House, a popular event/wedding venue. You can ride your bike to the beach or downtown. Loved the private backyard with hot tub, space for yard games, and area for pets to roam.
