Designed with a modern-rustic style, the cabins blend the warmth of wood with panoramic views of the lake and forest through large windows that bring the outdoors in.

Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay—whether you're a couple looking for a romantic escape or a family in need of space and comfort. Each cabin includes:

Guests access:
On the day of the check-in, guests will receive a personalized code to access the cabin.

During your stay, you’ll also enjoy exclusive access to the Texoma Shores Resort Clubhouse, open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM and available only to cabin guests. Inside, you’ll find fun activities for the whole family- foosball table, mini-golf, shuffleboard, family board games and more. Plus, complimentary coffee and an ice maker machine are available for your convenience.

The resort also provides a laundromat located in the hotel building for guest use.

For lake lovers, the property features a boat ramp where you can launch your boat, as well as a designated area to park boats and/or trailers during your stay.


Other Things to Note:
Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a one-time fee of $49 per stay.
Resort Fee: A $12 resort fee applies per guest per stay (infants excluded).
No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Landscaping: Lawns are professionally mowed twice a week.
Hot Tub Maintenance: The private hot tub is serviced twice a week for your comfort and safety.
Events: Events at the Clubhouse are permitted with prior approval and an additional fee. Please contact us in advance for arrangements.
WiFi: High-speed WiFi is available, but please note that connection may vary in some areas due to the natural surroundings.
Parking: Free parking is available next to the cabin, with additional space for boats.
Grill: A charcoal BBQ grill is available for use. (charcoal not provided).
Family-Friendly: The cabin is spacious and well-suited for families, and the resort’s Clubhouse has a variety of activities for both kids and adults. A travel crib or high chair can be provided upon request.
Supplies: We provide fresh towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Swimming in the Lake: Allowed only in designated areas. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty - swimming is at your own risk and under your own supervision.
Boat Ramp & Parking: Guests may use the on-site boat ramp and park boats or trailers in the designated area.
Wildlife & Nature: The cabin is surrounded by nature, so you may occasionally see deer, birds, or hear the sounds of the lake. In summer, insect repellent is recommended.
Pest Control: Professional pest control is performed twice a month to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.

Nice getaway for our 1 night stay! Quiet and serene location with lake view was just as described. Hot tub was great and just what we needed to relax. Staff was quick to respond and made our stay perfect! Wish we had stayed 2 nights!

There were people from the neighborhood in our hot tub when we arrived. It was a very uncomfortable situation and after a long drive we didn’t want to use the hot tub. It was unfortunate but given the neighborhood that it is in more security measures should probably be in place. It was also a 20 minute drive to get to any restaurants which I had not checked. The cabin itself was nice and clean, the clubhouse games fun and the view was great.

The cabin is comfortable & we enjoyed our stay. We would recommend it to others but we do want to warn that right now- it is not what we envisioned. We were under the impression that we were paying for a lake front cabin and it was a short walk to the dock. Well, that’s not at all what we got. It appears they’ve had storms and there’s work to do. The cabin was kinda funny with no oven and the only electrical outlet being right over the 2 pan stove top.

Perfect. Lake front. Beautiful lake view. Newly remodeled cabin inside. Hot tub. Fire pit. New quiet air conditioners. Plenty of space between the cabins to keep it private. I would go back again and recommend to friends and family. Great price and location. Easy to find and wonderful host and staff on duty. Ticked all our boxes for the summer getaway. Quiet, big sky, great moon, best lake, well maintained property, nice outside areas with big trees and lawn furniture and a hammock. Best week. I don't have the photos but plenty were taken to share with friends and family.

Overall, our stay was quite pleasant! The cabin has had a lovely renovation, and the location on the water was peaceful. There were a few factors that combined to make this a four-star stay rather than a five-star one, unfortunately. The mini-split air conditioners in the living room and bedroom didn’t do quite enough to cool the cabin down; it wasn’t horrible because it was October but would have been very uncomfortable during the summer. Additionally, our first night there, the outside string lights on the back porch came on around midnight, flooding the bedroom with light. There were no ice trays and no microwave in the cabin, which was pretty inconvenient. I also tried to contact the host about accessing the WiFi—the instructions said no password was required but there was a password block in the room. It is possible that calling rather than texting would have gotten a response, but I never got that resolved. Again, not the end of the world, but just a few things that could have been better. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend, and the sunrises and sunsets over the water were beautiful!
