Place was very clean. Receptionist was very nice when we checked in good security no problems at all. Would recommend staying here again.

Would stay here again!

There were a few minor details that need to be addressed; such as securing 2 of the recessed lighting fixtures in the ceiling (they were not dangling out of place by no means), one of the hex screws on the entry door was literally about to fall out, I tightened it with my finger as much as I could, there definitely should be a safety latch on the front door bc my 4 yr old could open the door by herself if we didn’t keep a close eye on her. Overall my family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the condo!

The first 2 days only one elevator worked. It was slow too. Plus there was a 10 minute wait for the elevator. The room could have been cleaned better. Mainly dust. We then had a problem with code reader the 3rd day. That took over an hour to resolve. The maintenance guy or kid. Had a ton of trouble finding tools and getting battery tray out of door. Other than those issue eveything else was great.

Disappointed

Needless to say we were very disappointed in our condo. These pictures do tremendous justice to this place. My main complaint is that it was dirty. The baseboards were filthy. The baseboards in the bathroom were broken and just painted over. The kitchen cabinets looked horrible as they were all scratched up, something a little stain could fix. We pulled out the drawer on the oven to get a pan and the handle had so much dirt and nastiness on the handle. Obviously that had not been pulled out or cleaned in a while. The carpet in the bedroom was so bad stained I was afraid to walk on it without shoes on. There was no handle on the outside of the sliding glass door. So when you shut it while on the balcony you had to slip your finger in the grooves to get it open again. The place is in bad need of some serious TLC. We were there to celebrate out 31st anniversary and this put quite the damper on our celebration. We definitely stayed out of the condo more than in. There are however 3 things good about this condo, 1. The air conditioner worked great 2. The refrigerator was good and cold. 3. It faced the ocean. I am normally not one to leave negative reviews but being in the area it is in and being managed by Brett Robinson I expected much more.
