We book this stay as our second leg of our california holiday.
Jim was in contact with us from the start and showed us around when arrived and even left us a lovely welcome gift. Very helpful and pointed out areas to go.
The house just as described clean and enough space for the three of us. The pull out bed was wasy to us and handy for my 8 yeat old.
Had a lovely quite outside area and close to the beach.
We loved our stay.
