Great family location, we do not cater to a "spring break" crowd. DOG FRIENDLY BUT DOGS ARE NOT TO BE LEFT ALONE. Neighborhood consists of full time homeowners, apartments, hotels restaurants and convenience store and other vacation rentals. We provide beach gear, EV charger, AC, fire pit, outdoor shower. NO TV or WASHER/DRYER.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host was very helpful and accommodating. We loved the patio water features and wind chimes, so relaxing. Location is great. It is super close to the beach and the village both within walking distance.

Absolutely wonderful! The house is cute, clean, and very functional. The yard is fantastic with privacy, an outdoor shower, and lovely greenery. Quiet street with a quick walk to the beach and to town. Jim is an excellent host. Appreciate the parking and the sense of safety as a woman traveling alone.

Jim was an amazing host. He was very friendly and helpful and also gave us a very sweet welcoming gift. The home is located in a wonderful spot, very walkable. We met Jim when we were checking in, and he was super friendly, chatting with us for a bit. Everything was spotless and tidy. We were easily able to walk to and from downtown and the beach daily. Plus, the outdoor area was so peaceful, it was a real treat!

We had a lovely stay at Jim’s property. The feelOf the house was great. When you walk around the house it feels more like you are staying at a friends house and not at a rental property. The walk to the beach was very easy and quick plus Jim had some beach supplies (wagon, chairs and umbrella). We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
