Had a wonderful stay- super private and enjoyed coffee on the deck and fire pit one night. Super cozy feel inside- huge beams and stone. Host was amazing and super responsive and friendly- would highly endorse. Also great views!!!

We had the best time at Kota Ridge! This has been one of our best vacation properties we have stayed at. The house is beautiful, well decorated and well appointed. You can tell the owners really love and take care of the home. The lot is amazing. It’s true acreage and offers a ton of privacy. We were able to let our two dogs run and play without disturbing anyone which was awesome. Lake Watauga is gorgeous and close to the house. We really can’t say enough good things about this home. We’re looking forward to staying here again.
