As you approach our cottage, it is situated directly on the water!!! The parking area has space for up to four cars. The house has several entry points, but the main door on the front side leads into a cozy kitchen, which is well-appointed and has everything you’ll need for general cooking and entertaining.
Step into an open-concept living area featuring a cozy gas fireplace, ideal for relaxing evenings. 3 Bunk beds, a full bathroom on the first floor, and a queen sleeper in the living room.
The living room opens onto a spacious deck, providing breathtaking water views and a perfect spot for morning coffee or sunsets. A spiral staircase leads to the lower level, where you'll find an additional bedroom and a half bath.
The lower level/Master bedroom also boasts a covered patio with direct access to the water, making it easy to enjoy swimming, kayaking, or fishing right from your backyard.
