This our third visit and again it was wonderful! The townhome is lovely and well appointed. Very convenient to the East Gate. Janette is a great host, easy to communicate with. This is my go to VRBO when I visit Hot Springs Village!

An amazing place super comfortable felt like a home you first walked in my life even was like I wonder how much this cost we should buy one like it. Host was amazing. Great communication zero hiccups would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautifully decorated and comfortable for our group 6. The layout had places for each person to have an area to use and work from. The location was quiet even at night. amenities were adequate for the area.

Is a duplex. But was a quite comfortable stay. Is located at East side of the village and most stores were closer to the west gate. Required driving about 20 miles of driving to go to Walmart. But would stay there again.

Thanks Dea. The east side is the most popular to stay, as everything is newer & where the golf courses and lake balboa are located. . The west side of the village was built in 1970’s, and does have Walmart closer. We do have a DG Market on the east side & a dollar general that carries many food/beverage items, and many restaurants. Also the east side has a coffee shop and a liquor store less than 2 miles away. East side also has a shell gas station by the gate. Just fyi, For any future guests. Thanks for staying at my place and you left it very clean!
