Four to six guests can stay in comfort in this updated home with a well-stocked kitchen (granite countertops and updated appliances) , 2 large downstairs bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen bed... along with a queen size air mattress if needed), 1 1/2 bathrooms, washer/dryer. Living room boasts a 60" Smart TV with cable tv, Blu-Ray player and WiFi (stream your Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc). Ample DVDs in the unit for rainy days or quiet nights.

Owner keep 3 kayaks and 2 paddleboard on premises for guests to use (life jackets too) along with numerous floaties for your enjoyment.

I also offer a 20ft Pontoon boat for guests to rent ($175/day includes your fuel) if they choose to (qualified boat operators only with a signed waiver and hold harmless agreement). Please inquire upon booking for more details.

For large family/party events (8 to 15 or more people) you can rent our other 2 town-homes, right next door to this unit which have similar configurations (also on the lake, with kayaks, etc).

This town home is located only 2.5 miles from the desired West entry to Hot Springs Village and nearby restaurants, grocery store, and shopping (Wal-Mart, Ace Hardware, Post Office, Salvation Army, McDonald's, Subway, Dominos, Charlie's Italian Pub, The Shack for great burgers, Village Hibachi, Home Plate Diner, El JimidorTex-Mex dining, The Bee Hive for tapas dining).

While in the Village you can play the 9 fantastic golf courses, enjoy the many hiking and bike trails, fishing, and water sports. Lake DeSoto (200 acre lake) has a marina (Waypoint Marina) with boats, kayaks, canoes and paddle boats for rent. There is a state-of-the-art fitness center available with an indoor pool, massage therapist, and many classes to choose from. There is the Coranado Tennis Center (13 courts) and nearby pickle ball (14) courts at Lake Desoto. Let’s not forget the Village’s two very nice beaches on Lake Cortez and Lake Balboa!

If you’re looking for adventure outside of the Village, go to nearby Hot Springs for horse races (Oaklawn Park) and casino gambling, see the historic bathhouses, visit art galleries or visit Lake Hamilton.

This property is 13 miles to Lake Ouachita (pronounced Wah-shee-taw) and Ouachita National Forest where you can rent a boat and fish or cruise the largest fresh water lake in Arkansas (gorgeous lake). The 40,000 acre Lake Ouachita area offers swimming, beautiful beaches and abundant walking trails (Caddo Bend Trail 4mile hike). Lastly, why not bring your motorcycles and take a ride up Scenic Highway 7 for some of the best motorcycle riding in the country (thru Russellville, AR up to Jasper, AR or Eureka Springs, AR).
