This property truly has all the comforts of home. The owner, Cyndi, was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever we had questions. She shared excellent dining recommendations and even connected us with a boat rental company that offered us a discount just for mentioning we were staying at her home. The pool was wonderfully refreshing and the perfect way to cool off in the summer heat. Clear notes and instructions throughout the house made it easy to navigate everything. The kitchen was well‑stocked with condiments and spices for our use. The bathrooms had shampoos, conditioners, lotions, shaving gels, and other toiletries available for our use.We also appreciated the variety of games, movies, and entertainment options. The home itself was cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Being able to park in the garage made coming and going so convenient.I would absolutely stay here again, and I’ve already recommended it to others. Thank you, Cyndi, for making our stay so memorable.

The Property was outstanding ! Cyndi is such a lovely gal, very professional, yet personal. The place was spotless! Everything ready to go….fresh linens, and the pool & spa were to die for! Cyndi was a most gracious host! We’ve rented other places before, but nothing compares to Cyndi’s hospitality and knowledge of the best restaurants in Lake Havasu!!!!

Besides the pool & jacuzzi, our guests often comment on the fun their family had playing ping pong & corn hole. The backyard is very private and nicely landscaped - a tropical desert retreat!
