Keyless Entry with code at front door. Living room with 60" TV, Blu-Ray DVD player and Dish. Free Wireless Wi-Fi Internet. A stereo with Ipod dock.
Master bedroom with queen bed, walk in closet, 42" TV with Blu-Ray DVD player and Dish, master bath with walk in shower, and double sinks.
Bedroom 2 with queen bed, walk in closet and 50" TV with antenna and Blu-Ray DVD player.
Bedroom 3 with full bunk bed, twin on top, and twin trundle bed underneath. Also, a second full bed and walk in closet.
Laundry room (full size washer and dryer), hall bathroom, large kitchen with a lot of counter space/bar seating, walk in pantry, coffee maker, toaster oven, refrigerator with ice and water in door. Built in oven and microwave. Front court yard has a bistro set and a view of lake and mountains. Covered back patio has a pool, propane BBQ and table set. Water softener system for entire home.

We love being able to rent a place where two families can be together! After a fun day on the lake, we were also able to keep the kids busy with the pool in the evening.

We enjoyed our time in this nice family home. The pool was great but we had a somewhat handicapped person with us and there are some steps into the pool which did not have any railings. Our person had great difficulty getting out of the pool. A few railings could help. I would give this home an overall excellent rating except for the items around that could use updating & repair. Some items are a missing blind in bedroom, decking around pool needing repair, cover over portico torn, the frying pans were in bad condition. We almost bought a new pan. This may seem picky but it was important to us, which just makes it less than excellent. The owner was very responsive. Overall the price of our stay was less than other homes in the area so these few items seem fairly insignificant but I thought I would mention them. Had a very good time.

Great Lake house getaway

Home is in a great location;Close to market, food options and London Bridge. The pool is a nice size for all to enjoy. The swim up table and baja bench with the umbrellas in the pool are wonderful amenities. Definitely a great home for family and friends to enjoy.

We have 2 sea doos and a 24 ft tritoon. We love going to the lake and river.
When done for the day we all hang out at the heated pool to relax and spend family time together.

We chose this home because it has all the amenities we look for when we are on vacation with our family. We can be on the water in minutes, enjoying the weather and jet skiing. By purchasing this home, we can now enjoy what we like to do anytime we want.
