Gorgeous Home in a private 55+ gated community with full use of Community pool, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard etc.. for FREE. 18- Hole golf course at reasonable rates. This home is extremely clean, non-smoking. This lovely property features 3 queen beds, 2 bathrooms (including a jetted bathtub), and a fitness room. Guests can enjoy a peaceful and cool atmosphere during their stay. With amenities like iron, heating, washing machine, AC, WiFi, and a hair dryer, your comfort is guaranteed. Enjoy all that Ocala has to offer when you stay at our place. REQUIREMENT: One of the renters must be age 55+ and no one under 18 years of age may reside in the home. The MINIMUM stay is 30 days The home is great vacation spot This gorgeous community is right off I-75 for easy access to Orlando/Disney or the Equestrian Center!!!
