With 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer and shower, guests can relax and unwind in this soothing space. The home features a full kitchen for your cooking pleasure. Each bedroom features smart televisions to wind down after a busy day with your favorite show. This home is located in prime Central Florida, just an hour outside of Orlando, Tampa, and less than thirty minutes from the World Equestrian Center. Experience the magic of Summerfield at our home. As it does provide many of the comforts of home, we do charge a small cleaning fee, which we apply toward the upkeep of our home for your enjoyment and pleasure.

Everything was perfect for our family. Eds were super comfortable with lots of pillows. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need to cook. Very nice quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this home for your next vacation.

Great place to stay, nice quite neighborhood. Communicated by email and never met the hosts. Small TV in the living room was my wife's only conment, the beds are very comfortable, plenty towels and face cloths.I don't think you will regret using there place!.

The home was beautiful. Easy to access. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Great kitchen to cook in. My oven baking dishes could be helpful and a grill also. Ashely was quick to get ahold of when I was trying to book a last minute stay. Would recommend this play to others.

The bedding, including sheets and mattresses, were luxurious and much needed after a long drive. We were so close to our family in the Villages without the extra charge for amenities. Our hosts decorated for Christmas with large and small trees throughout the villa. That was a thoughtful touch. I recommend this villa for those who want to be near the action without the high cost. My family and I enjoyed our stay!

Everything was great. Great AC, TVs all worked, fridge/freezer was good, ice and water out of freezer tasted fine. Curtains in the bedrooms did a decent job of blocking out the sun. A few snacks and water bottles were left for us which was a nice touch! Very roomy and easy for us to keep it clean and tidy, even with twin 22 month old boys! Will definitely stay here again if we come down.

Wonderful Property

My family and I were in town for a vacation with my grandparents that live near by, there’s 6 of us total and the house was perfect size. The house is beautiful, simple decorations which was perfect because there wasn’t a lot for our toddler to get into. Washer/dryer, microwave, stove, dishwasher all worked properly. Very comfortable beds, lots of extra blankets, stocked with dishes and most every thing needed for cooking and cleaning. We reached out to the property manager about trash and got an immediate response and resolution! 10/10 will stay here again next time!
