About this property

Unique Log House nestled in the woods near Billy Creek.

This cabin has a rock look on the outside with porches off each side & high vaulted ceilings. When you walk in you see the beautiful wood work throughout to create this lovely rustic cabin. Wood floors throughout are accented by the rustic tin panels to give this a "down-home" feeling.This 2 bedroom/3 bath cabin has a huge loft/media room allowing ample space to recline in front of the 49" flat screen TV using the Blu-ray player to enjoy our DVD/ Blu-ray library or bring your own favorites. Additional sleeping accommodations in the loft have a day bed & trundle bed.The Kitchen has custom built wood cabinets, deep sinks, a large refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, gas range & washer/dryer. The 3 bathrooms include 1 hall bathroom & private bathrooms in each bedroom. Two showers and a garden tub eliminates waiting. Spacious bedrooms fit 2 queen beds & 1 full bed and storage chests for additional bedding. The master has a gas fireplace, private bath & queen bed. Four independent A/C units throughout the cabin keep you comfortable.
Located south of the Winding Stair Mountains within the Ouachita National Forest,
this cabin is about a mile from Billy Creek. Off the beaten path, within a rustic, quiet setting on a dirt road. It is easy access to the Choctaw Nations Trail and Billy Creek Trail.
The Billy Creek Trail is split into two distinct areas offering opportunities for hikers, mountain biking and ATV enthusiasts and more.

We wanted to stay close to Ouachita National Forest and this puts you in it with access to recreation areas. Cabin was perfect, great fire pit out back by the creek. Overall a wonderful trip! Thank you.

Great Place

This is the second time we have stayed here. We love the solitude of the setting and the cozy ambience of the home. Our son and nephew love the direct access to the ATV trails. Love this place and will definitely go again.
