The cabin was very cozy and clean. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but worked. Some shelves on the wall in the kitchenette with extra wash cloths and towels would be nice. Electricity went out for 2 hours the first night but luckily it wasn’t hot. We enjoyed our time here and would do it again. And would recommend to others.
We ended up staying at this wonderful little cabin for the night while working our shift at the Choctaw Nation Labor Day Festival and it was overall a great stay!
Great little cabin with all necessary amenities. Very peaceful and quiet area with the gorgeous mountains view. My husband and I enjoyed our stay tremendously!
We had a great weekend at this property. Very quiet and the only neighbors were the deer that stopped in the front lawn every morning to graze on the fresh mowed grass. Great host, accurate description and easy communication.
My wife and I spent 4 nights in this little cabin and really enjoyed it! We ran the trails in the Jeep by day and watched old movies in dvd at night. We enjoyed being unplugged. Awesome host and awesome cabin made for an awesome getaway!
We hope to come back soon!
We stayed here to get away from the city and enjoy some great stargazing (parade of planets). The views were incredible, and the cabin is wonderful. There is an excellent little store/cafe (great hamburgers) just down the road. The closest town is about 30min away (Talihina). The kitchenette was great (sink, fridge, freezer, microwave) and grill worked excellently. The only issue we had was the lack of utensils (cooking, eating, otherwise) and cooking bowls. We made a quick run to town to stop at the Dollar General, but knowing this earlier would've saved us a trip to town.Shawna was an excellent host, and this property is absolutely worth checking out! We plan to be back!
Everything was perfect for (Two people).
Location is a bit far frm Broken Bow Lake, but scenery was beautiful and quiet/secluded.
Kitchen could at least have some kind of heating appliace, or at least an air fryer. Could be useful to have a little closet for cloths at least, and lastly the toilet needs to have better flushing capabilities.
Another great weekend. Property was beautiful and wildlife abundant. Quiet morning coffee in the porch swing and found a nice little water hole about a half mile West to fish and float. We will definitely be back.
