Our stay

We were pleased with the unit we stayed in. The neighbors were very friendly and the property was very clean and well kept. We felt it was in a good location to make trips to Sarasota and even Miami wouldn't take to long for a drive to either had a chance to visit more parts of Florida this way.

We enjoyed our stay and would rent again. Amenities were great and a great location. Furnishings, bedding and kitchen items were nicely provided. Overall experience was very positive. The one and only downside was due to unclean carpeting, otherwise the unit was very clean and tidy.We appreciated our experience very much.

Loads of room, great towels, dishes glasses etc. Lanai was spacious!

Property was very nice! Master bed was squeaky getting in and out. We think the frame underneath the mattress was broken and needs replaced. All in all a very nice condo with lots of room!

Majestic Palms Stay

Property was nice, Neighborhood was welcoming, Bed In master was uncomfortable, we were given a hard time getting in the front gate several times even after staying there for weeks, I guess it depends on which virtual guard you get. Overall a nice place to stay.

Was ok

not enough pods, water heater for tea was dirty like somebody would heat coffee in it, bought new one. Bed in Master uncomfortable.

Thank you Michael for your feedback. I am sorry to say I am not sure what you mean by 'not enough pods'? Only pod I could think of is a coffee maker & the coffee pot is a regular pot so I don't think it is that you are referring to so I am afraid I don't know how to respond to that observation. I am assuming you mean the water heater for tea is the kettle? I wish you had mentioned it as we would have replaced it for you upon your report. I guess the bed comment is a personal one. We have the same guests book this home for Jan-March ever year for the past 5 years+ & they have never mentioned anything about the bed so I guess this is a personal preference.
