Enjoy the tasteful newly decorated interior with AC and heating, WiFi, and a washing machine and dryer inside the Unit for convenience. The 2 bathrooms offer showers and Bathtub and hair dryers for your comfort.
The Unit was just remodel with all new Laminate Flooring, new Furniture and Accessories.
The unit is assesable either via elevator or one set of Stairs.
We are Pet friendly....and if you have a friendly well trained Pet you are very welcome to bring it with you.....
You will find everything you need to have a comfortable stay in our Condo...from Towels [Beach and Bathroom], Lines, Iron, Iron Board, Hairdryers, dishes, silver and cook ware.....nothing is missing
The community pool is directly next to the condo. Shopping, Beaches, Hospital, Airport are just minutes away. It is a safe gated Community.
