Beautiful chalet style house, 1.5 min from the beach
Our house is in Grand Turk not in Provo. It is 1.5 min walk from the beautiful beach. As seen in the photos, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A loft with king bed and bathroom is on the upper level and 2 bedrooms with queen beds and bathroom are on the main level. A main level has open concept, kitchen, dinning room and living room. Kitchen is updated in 2020. With all windows you almost feel that you are outside, but mature tree in a backyard keeps the living space very comfortable. House is equipped with air conditioning in the living room, master bedroom and in each bedroom. Ceiling fans around the house and the mature tree in the backyard makes the house comfortable without the use of the AC, except maybe in hot summer months. There is a new deck built in 2017, 2 "zero gravity" chairs, hammock, bench and coffee table are added. A washing machine and an outside line for drying are provided. 2 bicycles, 3 beach chairs and beach umbrella are included. The house is close to the beach, where a beautiful mature Casuarina tree is waiting for you. If you had been in a resort, you would likely be further away from the beach. Every evening enjoy beautiful sunsets since "our" beach is on the west side of the island. Our beach is great for swimming. The house is nestled on the quiet island of Grand Turk, not in Providenciales, known as Provo. Grand Turk is smaller and less developed than Provo. Grand Turk is the capital island of the Turks and Caicos and offers world class snorkelling, fishing, diving, swimming, horseback riding, swimming with the sting-rays, spa treatments and most of all relaxation. The island is best known for it's spectacular wall for scuba diving. Whale watching from January to April is amazing. All international flights fly to Provo (PLS). You need to take a short (25 min) panoramic flight from Provo to Grand Turk. Two airlines fly to Grand Turk from Provo, InterCaribbean and Caicos Express Airlines, $ 40 (approx) each way.
Transport from Grand Turk airport to the house is provided. Also, basic supply for your first breakfast is complementary.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Wonderful vacation all around. Loved the beautiful home and close location to the beautiful beach with crystal clear waters. We rented a golf cart for 5 days and explored every inch of the island. Took many afternoon naps in the hammock on the deck and I now need one at home!! Caslav and Tanja communicated great and gave us lots of information. The property manager, Joab, was such a wonderful person and so helpful. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your little piece of paradise!!

Exceptional Grand Turk Vacation
It's been a week since our Grand Turk vacation and we can’t stop talking about the great time we had there. We had a great experience from the time we first contacted house owners. Our rental was a week in the middle of July and the weather co-operated – rained only during 2 nights. The house was just a minute from the beautiful beach. Perfect location, extremely relaxing. If you like scuba diving or snorkeling, lying down on a beautiful not crowded beach, swimming in the ocean, watching beautiful sunsets, this is a place for you. This house has every thing you could possibly need while on vacation. Well furnished with very comfortable beds, the view of the house is exactly how it is described. Definitely we will be back soon. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay. For us, our guests are very special and we do our best to make the stay enjoyable. Please come again, we would love to have you return.
Great! Caslav and Tanja's guidance was clear and thorough. The house is spacious and well cared for. Everything was clean. The neighbors were very nice and helpful. Make sure to communicate with Joab and other locals on the island with Whatsapp! Otherwise, they can't respond. This was our second time staying on Grand Turk, but the first time we stayed in an actual neighborhood. I loved getting to know the neighbors and community. There were more noises than when we last stayed in a remote beach cottage at the island's north end, but it didn't bother me at all. We could hear the waves at night with the windows open. The AC works well, but so long as there's a breeze, it's fairly comfortable inside with everything opened up so you can get a cross breeze going. We only used the AC the first night, probably because our bodies hadn't yet adjusted, coming from winter weather in the Northeast.Governor's Beach nearby is a great swimming beach with calmer waves. We didn't end up having time to swim at the beach right by the house, but we definitely could have done so comfortably. We did walk down the beach at sunset and I sat on the beach to have coffee in the morning, during which Hope, the resident potcake (dog) found me and we played and ran around a bit on the sand (so stinkin' cute). I was very grateful to have the Nespresso machine and dishwasher! We cooked all of our meals during the week and had all the necessary cookware.
My husband, teenage daughter and another couple stayed for 9 nights. Where to start? Tatjana and Caslav were quick to respond to questions. When I ended up needing to stay an extra night, they made it happen without issues. The house is in a small development of houses that were built around the same time yet are unique in their own ways. Our closest neighbor was just across the path, so it was easy to chit chat, but it was also quiet even with toddlers. They were kind enough to give us veggies. We ended up befriending our other neighbor too. It was like having a temporary little friendly neighborhood. Not to say we didn’t have silence and privacy. But we were able to ask for recommendations and borrow sugar if needed. The house is as pictured. Kitchen is modern and house was completely clean. We had all we needed. We even baked cookies! Joab got out the beach chairs from the locked shed. He is one of the kindest, most pleasant human beings, who picked us up at the airport. When there was a shower knob issue, we let the property manager, Chris, know, and he cane over right away. He pumped up the bikes, which we took several times to town, and even lent me his car to go to church! We rented a golf cart for 2 days, but I later was told that renting a car was cheaper (and cEveryone raved about the cruise center when cruise ships were in; it wasn’t for us who were trying to escape crowds, but some people like the pool and Margaritaville nachos. We preferred the local restaurants, which you could walk to in about 15 minutes, especially loved the fresh grilled fish everywhere, especially at Sunflower Oasis and at Osprey, especially with its sunset view. Each restaurant has its own hours, so check online. Some only take cash. Sandbar only serves food from 12-3. But after, get a drink and hang out at the beach with locals. We should have brought more cash, even the golf cart takes only cash. We got pastries at bakery close to IGA grocery which is relatively big with good selection. We got fish from the fishermen who arrive around 5:30 pm andgrilled it. Just a short walk to a private gorgeous beach. Snorkel close to the beach and see so many fish. Book a snorkel expedition with Exclusive Escapes. Staff is kind and go in with you. Have coffee on the back deck under the shade. We loved the sweet potcakes and donkeys. This is not an island to party, but to spend tranquil, memorable, genuine experience with family and friends. Thank you, Caslav &Tatjana!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The outdoor porch area was so comfy and breezy and private. The house itself had everything we needed. We brought food with us as prices are steep in grocery stores. Next time, I would bring more. Each person is allowed 25 pounds of food. It’s on the TCI web page. The kitchen is well equipped. Joab was so helpful. We went snorkeling, tried a few area restaurants. The beach is so close and definitely private. Definitely, a must to do again.
The villa is even nicer than it appears in the pictures. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. We lived hanging out on the deck and playing with the pot cakes (dogs). The beach is beautiful and very private. This was our first time renting a vacation home and everything about the experience was positive.

Wonderful accommodation, Perfect Beach – it’s a Hidden Gem
What a wonderful vacation!
Upon arrival at the airport we were greeted by property manager Joeb, who took us to the property. The house is actually even better than in pictures! Everything is appointed with comfort and convenience in mind. Here are the details:
Kitchen – seems to be brand new with top-end appliances (smooth top Samsung stove, stainless steel dishwasher, Samsung microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, panini press, blender, bread-maker, Brita-filter jug, toaster, hand mixer, full size fridge with large freezer compartment). Lots of pots, frying pans, even a frying pan for crepes! Huge drawer full of spices and pantry with few essentials to get us going.
Bedrooms – each bedroom has very comfortable queen bed with baldachin and mosquito nets. Large ceiling fans (remotely controlled from your bed) and air conditioners (if needed) gave us comfortable sleeping environment (bug free, with light breeze.
Living room – as comfy as in the photos. LCD TV with cable service had lots of channels (but we did not watch them). Internet connection and WiFi were good with adequate speed for our needs. TV cabinet has books, diving guides, playing cars, board games – and there is even a stack of paper to keep scores!
Outside: The best thing is a large deck on three sides of the house, under a big tree, so that at any time of the day, there is a shade to your liking. We had hard time deciding what was more comfortable: zero gravity chairs (there are two of them) or a rustic hammock.
We really liked the two bikes that were free of charge. Air compressor for inflating tires and even spare tires were provided. We used bikes a lot, as the island is mostly flat, and everything is in biking distance.
The BEACH – ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT. Less than two minutes from the house is a long white-sand, perfectly clean beach surrounded by green-turquoise water – and completely empty. Most of the time we were the only people for at least half a mile. Large tree gives a nice shade. As the wind was blowing from the shore, water was always calm and perfectly clear, which gave us fantastic snorkeling experience (we say lion-fish, barracudas, and even a flying eagle-ray). No sea weed – just crystal clear turquoise water. We spent hours sitting in Tommy Bahamas chairs (they have three) and enjoying sunset views.
Location: everything is within 10 minutes bike ride.
Overall - a perfect vacation!

Secluded Beach!
Well the previous reviews were correct. The beach is close, beautiful and VERY quiet. The house is wonderful it was all we expected. Was well supplied for cooking and eating in, the AC and fans kept us very comfortable and was generally a nice breeze when patio doors were open. As suggested, we did take some meat along for dinners. Used several grocery stores which are generally close plus the bakery for morning pastries! The caretaker, Joab, took good care of us, arranged and delivered bicycles, arranged a car rental and addressed our needs. This was a great excursion and experience. If your looking for a relaxing get away with private beach, this is it!!

Pleasant Island
Our stay in Turks was wonderful. Scuba diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, kayaking and enjoying beautiful sunsets and ocean views were all amazing. You literally have a private beach minutes away!
We did have a few hiccups though. No internet, cutting us off from family (and most of all our dog) which was annoying, but the neighbors were kind enough to let us use thei WiFi. There was also a problem with the ceptic which made thing difficult. A few days before our arrival one of the bicycles was stolen. It would have been more convenient for the owner to rent us one, but again, the neighbors to the rescue with their golf cart!
If you should need a second house to rent right next door, the neighbors are great people as well.
We’d go again!

Perfect House in Paradise
This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. It had all of the amenities we needed. The back deck was great to hang out on, and we loved our daily visits from the local Potcakes. A short walk to a beautiful secluded beach and great snorkel spot. The house supplies 3 beach chairs, umbrella, beach mats, and towels but I can guarantee you will be in the crystal clear water most of the time. Grand Turk is a lovely slow-paced island you barely noticed when the cruise ships were in port. The locals are friendly and kind. The only problem I found is that we had to leave :( . Next time we will reserve 3 weeks!
Tip: If you get in on Saturday your first stop should be the liquor store before 6:00pm (its just around the corner). It will be closed on Sunday along with everything else on the Island except the grocery stores.

The perfect house for an incredible vacation
We had five days in the most beautiful and peaceful place in The Caribbean. The first thing you notice is how quiet it is. The second is that you are the only people on the most beautiful beaches anywhere. The house has everything. Even in mid-August it was not hot. There was always a wonderful breeze. You could live on the back patio surrounded by flowering trees and resting in the hammock. The kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms were great, especially the upstairs suite. Spacious living and dining area. It was everything advertised and more. Short walk to essentially private beach. Hotel restaurants served great food aimed at tourists, but even better were local places (Barbie’s on Front Street past Museum and another nearby with real local fare — cracked conch!). Took a snorkel trip with local dive shop that was amazing. After working in Caribbean for 40 years my wife and I tend to avoid tourist traps, but cruise port was like a day at Disney. Located on south end of island you wouldn’t really know it’s there. Free admission, huge pool, shopping, island tours, horseback riding, etc (all for a fee, and not cheap). But, it was a chance to do the tourist thing on steroids without having to take a cruise. Grand Turk has the best of both worlds. Solitude and panache. There was no place better to stay on the island!!

Perfect place in a tranquil island with all necessities available! An island getaway
Absolutely loved our place in Grand Turk!! We are a family of 5; we had plenty of room; beds were comfortable; loved the hammock and zero gravity chairs—- and we were a short walk to the beach (which was perfect for collecting sea glass). The house is minutes from everything (church, beach, cruise port— which is fun to visit, and the downtown (museum, local crafts, restaurants)
Grand Turk is a perfect place to enjoy a traditional Caribbean island without the touristy sites and hipe. It’s not meant for everyone, but for those who desire a quiet, safe, beautiful location surrounded by friendly locals and gorgeous water — this is the place.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat! The house was perfect for our family of 5 and did not let us down! Thanks for the great memories

Lovely place for quiet, relaxing time!
We're a family of four with two teenagers, stayed at the island for just over a week. The beach had beautiful white sand, crystal clear water and wild donkeys walking around the shoreline. We spent most of our days swimming and for the most part we were the only ones on the whole beach so it was very relaxing. The property was clean, spacious and well maintained with a backyard deck where we spent most of our evenings. There were four friendly dogs that kept us company. The manager of the property was often around, very friendly and the locals were very warm, approachable people. Great quiet vacation, would love to go again.

Exceptional Grand Turk Vacation
We just came back from an amazing March Break vacation on Grand Turk.
It was our second time in a year on the same island, at the same beautiful house and definitely it is not our last time. First time we were alone with our teenage daughter, we loved it. This time we were with our friends, they loved it too.
Just few minutes from the beach, the house was extremely cozy and comfortable. Spacious, very well furnished, all was working at its best. The property was very clean and very well equipped with all kind of small appliances and gadgets. We really appreciated having Britta water container and Bread maker.
There are several breathtaking beaches close by where we were alone most of the time feeling like we were in paradise.
I just can't say enough good things about the island, the beaches, the house, the owners.
We would highly recommend this property to those of you who like snorkeling, diving, swimming, whale watching, and most of all relaxation.

An amazing place to stay! I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Grand Turk
I have just returned from an amazing three weeks on Grand Turk Island and stayed at this property the whole time. I had some challenges getting there due to weather issues, and when I arrived the store shelves were empty. It was wonderful to have basic staples available in the fridge and cupboards to tide me over, including a bread machine with ingredients and recipes - life saver! It was also a relief not to have to waste time and money buying basics like toilet paper, dish detergent, paper towels etc. All were in good supply and much appreciated.
The home itself is spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The upper level bedroom featured a very comfortable king sized bed with mosquito netting. The cupboard had lots of storage space and I just hung my longer dresses in one of the bedroom closets downstairs. Hangars were plentiful in the closets - a small thing but a thoughtful touch.
The main level is gorgeous - a well stocked kitchen in terms of pots, pans and gadgets which is very important if you like to cook as much as I do. The BBQ was an additional bonus. It was extremely convenient to have the Britta water container which meant I could use tap water instead of having to lug jugs of water.
There is plenty of seating and the couch is a very comfy place to curl up to watch DVDs. It is lovely to open the doors to let the breeze drift through, and the fans can be adjusted to accommodate whatever the weather is doing. I had no need to use the air conditioners.
The back deck is lovely with additional seating and there are paths which inter-link the various properties. It was fun to explore and the best kept secret are the wild pink peppercorns which are especially abundant by the old swimming pool. I returned home with a good supply!
In summary I can't say enough good things about this home. It is within walking distance of the beach and shops, and most importantly Grand Turk Diving (which incidentally is an excellent dive shop, well run with superb dive masters and equipment. If you dive, I highly recommend them). I felt at-home immediately and I also felt extremely safe which I value highly as a single female traveller.
As a vacation property, this one lacks nothing. I had a wonderful experience in this home and I would return in a heartbeat.

Palm grove Villa - Grand Turk
We stayed at Palm grove Villa from April 8 to 15th and had wonderful time.
The house is clean and comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. Beds, especially king bed in the loft is so comfortable. One of the best parts of the house was opening the slide doors in the living room and letting the breeze blow through the house. The beach is close, less than 2 min walk. Very nice and you will most likely have it for yourself. Few days were windy, wind blow from the west side that was very uncommon, so we want to Governor beach and had great time. Loved the outdoor shower that we often used when returning from beach. There were 2 bicycles available to get around the island and we used them. We shopped at E&R Grocery, food and beer is expensive but good selection.
If you are in search of a slower pace of life, solitude, just beaches and diving, Grand Turk is a place for you. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to be back."

Thank you our first guests! We will always try to do our best and make your stay in our house comfortable.
About the host
Your host
We fell in love with Grand Turk when we visited the island in 2016. Beautiful, secluded beaches, the feeling that this is your own piece of paradise, spectacular scuba diving, are the factors that made us decide to purchase this property. We hope that one day this will be our retirement home.
What makes this property unique
The house is close to the beach, if you had been in a resort, you would likely be further away from the beach. Every evening enjoy beautiful sunsets since "our" beach is on the west side of the island. The island is best known for it's spectacular wall for scuba diving! If you are or want to become scuba diver, this place is unique and unforgettable. Imagine listening to humpback whales while diving during winter months.
