Want to stay at one of the most desired beaches in the south in a brand new renovated condo with some great fall and winter rates! We are offering this season our newly purchased and updated 1st floor two bedroom condo for your comfort and pleasure. Summer 2026 is open now for reservations!! Great amenities, features, and location in Surfside Beach offers a wonderful retreat for guests. With two bedrooms including a king bedroom master suite and a bedroom with two twin beds. The living room features a queen sofa bed so there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The bathroom amenities include a bathtub/shower and hair dryer for added convenience. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays. We included all linens and towels including pool/beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, ice chest/cooler, boogie boards, corn hole, pickle ball rackets and balls, puzzles, games, and dvds to make your vacation one to remember for you and your family. A fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer make your vacation home away from home experience complete. Located across the street from the beach and with the pool on property you are sure to get lots of sun and fun time! You will not find a better deal for the location and the total amenities we provide you at Surfside Beach. Surfside is a family beach. You must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent and stay at this condo. This is not a party place. No smoking, vaping, parties, loud noise, or pets allowed. We love service animals and everything they do to support their owner, however, there are family members here with respiratory and other health issues that do not allow us to except any animals including service animals at this time.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you have any dirty dishes, wash and put them away if not dishwasher safe. All other items just load and run the dishwasher. If you used any of our owner beach towels please wash, dry, and return
To the dresser drawer. Make sure beach chairs/umbrella if used are cleaned off of all sand and put back in the closet where you got them from. Same for boogie boards if used. Clean and put under bed.
Put puzzels, games, and dvds, away if used. Make sure air is on auto air 78 degrees. Lock up and your good!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This wonderful condo has everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Although not directly ocean front, the convenience of the condo made trips to the beach easy. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and peaceful. I highly recommend!

Our daughter lives in Conway so we visit SC several times a year sometimes just my husband and I and other times our son and his girlfriend. The location as absolutely perfect directly across the street from the beach. We love Surfside! The unit was clean and decorated so nice! The beds were very comfortable, everything the owners offer for use is great especially if you forget to pack a chair or towel etc. we will most likely stay again!

We also have owned rental homes in Greensboro that we rented to large corporations like Honda Jet, etc.. for many years as well as vacation property rentals all over the country. Why they chose this property

We love that it is only a mile from the pier and restaurants so most people can walk there and enjoy a nice evening. We like the north end of Surfside Beach because there is a bit less traffic. It is very residential on this end of the beach and not as crowded.

What makes this property unique

Our unit is very unique as it is on the first floor (only a couple steps to the front door) but still with a great view and only steps to the beautiful sand!
