This isn't your average beach condo. This condo was completely renovated summer 2015, all new flooring, lighting, and granite countertops, spa shower heads, high speed USB chargers and 2, 42" flat screen smart TV's with Amazon Prime and Netflix provided for free. Additional smart TV in guest bedroom. Listen to your favorite music on the Google Home while making dinner in the kitchen packed with new, quality kitchenware.

The master has its own bathroom with separate shower area so more than one person can get ready at the same time, plus a King bed, absent in most condos. The new memory foam mattresses are extra comfy; there is a sofa bed for reading a book or can be an extra twin bed. The other bedroom has 2 full, memory foam mattresses and access to the bathroom from its own door. The hall bath also has separate shower area.

There is a washer and dryer in the expansive hallway and loads of hooks throughout the condo, never a shortage of places to hang your towels. The balcony with hammock swings is a favorite hang out spot, especially for the kids. There is a chalk wall at the entrance, to leave a note, like "gone to the beach."

The condo boasts ample seating, a huge high end sofa to fit a crowd and 6 dining chairs and 5 bar stools. The granite kitchen bar is over 9 feet long and 3 feet wide. The kitchen even boasts 2 sinks, both under-mount.

The condo has loads of amenities normally found in high end hotels, high thread count super soft sheets, plush towels (beach and bath), shampoo, conditioner, soap, even spices in the kitchen, plus coffee, creamer and sugars. In an effort to stay green, we provide a Brita filter water dispenser in the fridge, to reduce plastic water bottle use (we change the filter regularly). Enjoy your welcome goodies too. Oh, and don't worry about dish detergent, laundry detergent or dryer sheets, we got you covered on that front too.

Outside the condo the real fun begins: the beach is only steps away, lounge by the pool, walk less than 2 blocks to the park, or stroll half mile up the road to the pier and restaurants. This condo is in the perfect location, close to all the happenings, yet far enough that you can hear the birds chirping. The condo building has 34 units, many that are kept exclusively as second homes, thus creating a calm and tranquil feel. Oh, and there is an elevator to handle the heavy lifting. There are three charcoal grills to roast hot dogs. There is a bench by the front door with pool and beach toys, 4 to 6 beach chairs and a wagon to transport your gear to the beach.
