The main floor includes an eat-in kitchen with a new refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave; the kitchen is stocked with cookware, a toaster, coffee machine, and plate service and flatware sufficient for large groups. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area that can accommodate a large gathering for meals. The living room includes a large screen TV so you can enjoy watching a game or movie while you eat!

Behind the house is a patio that includes an outdoor table and chairs for those who want to take in some sun and fresh air. An outdoor grill with propane tank and grill tools are provided.
