Charming Casita near USC, SOFI, and Culver City

This charming casita, located in the historic Los Angeles neighborhood of Windsor Hills/ View Park, is just what you need to pass a few nights or a week in LA. In a central location that's not far from the beach, the stadiums, or whimsical east LA.

I have a strict NO PET policy. I love dogs and cats, but my severe allergies (which always seem to surprise me) tell me I should distance myself.

THE SPACE

This cozy (300 sq ft/ 28m2) casita, although small, has everything you need for your stay. The warm and inviting living room has a murphy bed that can easily be set and put back to give you a comfortable living room space. You will be charmed by by the green and bronze accents when you enter the bathroom while you shower or take a bath in the claw foot tub.

There is a cute fridge with cooking utensils and plates and pots and pans if you'd like to flex some culinary skills while here.

If eating outside is your thing, we have an outdoor set up for you to be able to have a meal in the LA sunshine with a parasol if you want to enjoy your meal while avoiding a sun burn.

Great location

Had a pretty solid stay. The host AK was very attentive and responded promptly to questions and is a very knowledgeable local. Was able to provide some guidance on things to do in the area. Place was immaculate and as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.
