Beautiful Waterfront Oasis with Pool
Stay comfortably at our 4 bedroom home located in The Coves at Beach Haven West with an in-ground pool, right on the lagoon. The rear staircase is equipped with a stairlift for accessibility.
The bedrooms feature 3 queen beds and 2 sets of bunk beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. With amenities like central air, WiFi, and a washer/dryer, your stay will be convenient and stress-free. The kitchen and both bathrooms are stocked with basic essentials.
While you're here, you can enjoy the pool table, two kayaks, a paddleboard, bicycles, a fire pit, barbecue, board games and a ping pong table.
Rental also includes 8 beach passes to Surf City which is a short drive from the house.
You can enjoy the beach at LBI, then come back to relax in a peaceful setting. Or you can just spend your vacation poolside here. Our home offers plenty of room for family and friends to spread out. Bedrooms are private, with the master suite encompassing two rooms with a dedicated workspace and makeup table, Several full length mirrors are present throughout the house. You'll find two living rooms and a game room on the main floor with a bar area separating the dining room from the pool room. The kitchen has a rice maker, air fryer, coffee maker and a Ninja Slushi.
The ground floor has a cabana area at poolside for relaxing out of the sun with a daybed, ceiling fan, table and chairs, and a refrigerator for cold drinks and snacks. There's a game area as well, with a ping pong table and outside games.
Surrounding the pool are lounge chairs, with table seating by the grill. There is also a full-length awning over the dining area for comfort during the day.
In-season or off-season, our home is a great place to relax and connect with family and friends.
We are tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from the beach, pizza and bagel shops, restaurants, and stores. Truly the best of both worlds.

Trash is to be left in 2 garbage cans below front steps. There is also a blue can for mixed recyclables.
Please return all remotes to their cradles mounted on walls.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
