The Space:
Ideal for families, the apartment comfortably sleeps up to four guests. You can unwind on the private balcony or enjoy a refreshing swim in the community pool. With its comfortable and family-oriented atmosphere, it provides a wonderful base for your time away.
Other Things to Note:
Important: We required a $200 security deposit held during your stay. This deposit is refundable 7 days after your departure and serves as a safeguard against any potential property damage. Once your reservation is confirmed, our team will send you a secure link to add your payment method, please note it won't be shown as a payment, since it is a hold deposit. Our system will automatically place a hold on the deposit amount, which will then be released 7 days after your check-out, provided there are no damages, in the case of any damages, we will capture the corresponding amount and then refund the remaining balance.

Once you have settled in, please remember that we are available throughout your stay via Airbnb chat or phone if you have any questions.
