Insignificant Cabin was perfect for our family getaway. Heather was a very helpful and responsive host. Whatever questions we had were answered right away and the check-in process was super easy. We LOVED that the cabin was tucked away in its own nook in the woods!
We loved the house, I think if we had more people on our trip we would have needed more silverware. We had an issue the night we arrived and it was taken care of right away! Stayed in contact with me the whole time.
Secluded house with hot tub. 2 rooms with 2 queens. All other rooms had one bed. Also a loft futon and fold out couch. The listing had 2 rooms with 2 beds in one spot and 3 rooms with 2 beds in another, but it’s 2. Clean, a little rustic. The basement has a large room that needs some sort of entertainment; only has 2 couches and nothing else. If it had either a TV or pool table or ping pong table, then it would be more usable to spread out. Basement bedroom didn’t have a vent so it got hot down there in July. Very close to the New River Gorge bridge and reasonable distance to southern areas of the park. Kitchen could be better stocked for the number of people staying there. Same with towels, especially since there’s a hot tub.
Staff was very friendly. The cabin is nestled way back in the woods and was very clean. Very convenient location for activities in both Summersville and the New River Gorge area, about 15 minutes from each.
