Tim & Deborah Barrans are a semi-retired couple with a love of the Beaufort area. We had to buy this home as a second home and a short-term rental. We look forward to sharing Gritz & Giggles with you. The beautiful oaks with the Spanish moss hanging down are simply magical. You can barely hear taps from the Marine Base. It reminds us of when our daughter graduated from boot camp.
