The breakfast bar is perfect for casual meals, and the modern master bath boasts twin vanity sinks and a frameless shower for ultimate relaxation. Head upstairs to find two additional bedrooms for your convenience.

Make the most of the wonderful amenities Habersham has to offer, including a large community pool, tennis courts, and pickleball. The nearby marketplace provides plenty of shopping and dining opportunities, and don`t miss the chance to explore the gorgeous Hunting Island State Park Beach or the famous Parris Island Marine Corps Recruit Depot. There are many cottage homes nearby so we ask you to curb loud music, etc. that would impact residents. Quiet hours extend from 11 P.M. to 7:00 daily. Please advise us if you are traveling with a boat or other watercraft as Habersham has special overnight policies on this.

Habersham Getaway

Love the property, Habersham is great quiet neighborhood. Location was close to market area for food and Italian ice. Property was clean lovely property. Jeff and Faith were prompt with communication and help when needed. One suggestion, more towels would be great (both pool and bath), and primary bedroom bed has a very loud creaking sound whenever someone got into or out of bed.

Excellent property in the beautiful Habersham neighborhood.

We had an amazing time staying at the 1 Abbey Row residence for a full month, which gave us the chance to truly experience the neighborhood and explore the surrounding area. The home was a perfect base for our stay, with plenty of great restaurants and scenic spots nearby.Faith and Jeff, the homeowners, were incredible hosts who clearly take great care of the property. They were easily reachable for any questions or concerns. The home was spotless, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay—lots of linens, towels, a well-equipped kitchen, fantastic TVs, and strong Wi-Fi.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to others! One thing to note: if you're visiting in the warmer months, definitely bring bug spray, as the small bugs can be an issue when spending time outdoors.

We were attracted to Habersham by the beautiful and diverse housing available plus the beautiful surroundings near the Broad River. We enjoy the friendly people.

What makes this property unique

For parties of up to six, we think our low country home presents a great value in terms of space and amenities. The home is barely two years old which is a great plus. We emphasize cleanliness and customer communication.
