The fully outfitted kitchenette includes a 2-burner cooktop, compact refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and toaster. Free WIFI, on-site ski locker, and secure bike storage. Heated underground parking is available to all guests from the HOA for an additional fee.

Just steps away from the building, Winter Park’s new 10-person gondola (complete in December 2018) will quickly whisk you away for a day of adventure. After a long day of skiing or mountain biking, retire to panoramic mountain views while soaking in the outdoor 20-person hot tub on the 3rd floor amenity deck which also includes a large outdoor fireplace and 2 gas grills.
