Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights

Rinse all beach gear at the outdoor shower and shake off sand outside prior to using the washer.

Towels/bedsheets remove at check-out and place in laundry room. All dishes cleaned and put away. All trash emptied and remove all items from refrig.

We had a lovely stay! Perfect spot for our family. We traveled with 7 adults and 2 little children. Plenty of space for all of us. Gorgeous views, very clean. Would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic ocean front condo in OC! The unit is well equipped and easily accommodated our family of 5. The views of both the bay and the ocean from the balconies are beautiful. The unit has all the beach chairs and umbrellas in the storage closet - a huge plus!!

This condo was amazing! It’s absolutely beautiful! Location is great. It was so clean and even had a few extra details like a complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, and small toiletries! The owner was quick with responses to questions and was very accommodating! We will definitely be back to 1913!

Very nice place and great location! Host was very responsive. Couple things that could’ve been better were shampoo and body wash. Spending like thousand a night you expected that …other places always offered it….first place that didn’t offer it. No biggie ….still an amazing stay and definitely would stay again.

Very clean. Prompt response from Nina. Left toiletries and water for each guest. Open floor plan: the master bedroom is upstairs and open overlooking the living room. Able to accommodate big groups with 2 pull out sofas and 3 bedrooms.

The Sea Watch is an amenity rich building including three pools, tennis, basketball , and pickleball court, kids play ground, movie theater, arcade, billards room, gym, and sauna. The Sea watch has 24/hr security and covered parking garage.
The condo is equipped with all of your beach essentials including beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards.
