Central District, a neighbourhood in Seattle, is home to this apartment. Seattle Center and Paramount Theatre are cultural highlights, and travellers looking to shop may want to visit Pike Place Market and Bellevue Square. Seattle Aquarium and Woodland Park Zoo are not to be missed.
A very Comfortable place to stay, a couple of blocks away was a good place to walk the Dog, worked well for us. Parking off the street was a plus ,we would stay there again Thanks
Kitchen was fully stocked picked with cooking supplies and dishes. Very comfortable property. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this location. Central to everything downtown. Property was clean and owner was thoughtful for tenant needs. Thank you!!
It was just what we needed for a one night stay for a concert. 2adults and 1dog. It was comfortable and quiet. The back yard looked a little different than the pictures but we only were out there to take the dog outside. It was nice having the parking spot so we didn't have to try to find street parking!
It is perfectly described as it is. The neighbors were super nice and the location was amazing. Host responded quickly with any questions. I would recommend this location to any new comer to seattle!
This spot is close to transit, private, and was exactly what we needed. We choose STRs when we travel because we love to cook and we pack light and just do laundry. This home was set up so well for that. The kitchen was perfect and so was the space overall. It was a great stay and the host is so communicative. There were no surprise check out requests and check in/out were seamless. We’d stay again for sure.

Thank you so much. We’re thrilled to hear the space worked perfectly for your travel style and that you enjoyed the kitchen, privacy, and seamless check-in/out. We really appreciate your kind words about our communication and would love to host you again anytime!
Good place to stay near downtown Seattle. The studio is located in the back but the walkway to the back has motion sensored floodlight for safety when I was returning home at night. Heater worked well for the cold nights. Kitchen has lots of utensils, plates, and drink ware but lacked essential cookware. If you want to cook a gourmet meal, you cannot because the kitchen lacked cookware. There were only skillets. I looked everywhere for a pot to cook my oatmeal but had to settle for using a skillet. CON - if you are a light sleeper or dislike hearing muffled conversations this is not the place for you. The studio is located at the bottom of a patio and the noises of the neighbor going in and out was distracting. The walls were thin as well. I could hear the muffled laughter and conversations of neighbors. I know they could hear my laughter and conversations as well. I was not bothered by it but I can foresee guests who might be.
