We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Serena’s apartment. Great location for beach and good restaurants. Easy access to palm beach if you want to go there for a bit more action but glad we stayed at Eagle Beach and the perfect apartment. Would definitely return 🏖

Having decided that Aruba was to be a dream holiday destination we knew immediately on viewing the Owners Direct website that this condo was the place we would like to stay. It is beautiful, spacious,tastefully furnished with quality and clearly a home that has been taken care of.The kitchen and living area are immaculate and it was a pleasure to return each night after a day of adventuring...or lazing on the beach or by the pool knowing that the condo was better than any upmarket hotel in quality and furnishing. Added to this is the location.The condo is situtated in a secure and beautifully kept complex and has a view over one of the four swimming pools to the turquoise sea beyond, where cruise ships can be viewed as they head to and from Oranjestad and glorious sunsets savoured to end each day. Eagle Beach is less than a minute away on foot and there is a cheap, regular and efficient bus service which runs from near to the complex to Oranjestad and Palm Beach. And if all this was not enough our interaction with Ted and Marilyn who own the property was a pleasure, friendly, efficient and more than happy to share advice and tips when requested by us.They always responded speedily to any request and have today returned our security deposit, less than forty eight hours after we arrived home. We cannot find a single gripe or thing to complain about, this was property was perfection and helped make our dream holiday come true. Lagoon Studios is an old Aruban house that has been completely and tastefully updated with a modern bright feeling but at the same time has managed to keep the charm of the original property. We stayed in apartment 4 which was a spacious studio flat beautifully decorated and with a very large comfortable bed, a lovely shower room fully tiled with soft quality towels, a clean, bright kitchen area with brand new equipment and all set in a gated property providing a secure feeling. The whole finish of the property was extremely high. The outside shared area was fully tiled with a clever shaded courtyard allowing just enough sun through but providing ample shade. There was an outside table and chairs as well as other seats. Also provided was a washing machine and tumble dryer area with soap provided and an honesty box for visitors to contribute towards the costs. Sharon had thought of everything to make our stay very comfortable indeed including a cool box, beach chairs, a sunshade umbrella and very luxurious beach towels. We arrived very late so didn't meet Sharon until the following morning when she turned up with a beautiful breakfast :) as she knew we wouldn't have been able to get any food ourselves (thank you Sharon). Sharon was extremely helpful and friendly during our holiday giving us lots of information about places to visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Lagoon Studios to all. It is just a stone's throw from the marina and beach but set one road back from the main road through Oranjestad providing a quiet and peaceful central location to stay. Thank you Sharon
