Centrally located between Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Lake Powell, and the Grand Canyon. Outside on the property there is plenty to enjoy! There are the options of playing pickle ball, volleyball, or basketball on your very own private court equipped with night time lights. Don’t forget to take advantage of cooking food on the BBQ under a covered patio or roast s'mores in the fire pit. Guest can also enjoy relaxing in a private hot tub.

Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is my favorite in Kanab. It is quiet, spacious and close to town. The views are amazing and a public walking path is close by that will take you to the reservoir.

This home is new, clean, and has many outdoor amenities for families to enjoy together.
