Bring your paddle boards or kayaks! Guests can also enjoy the community dock on Lake Powell, the largest coastal dune lake in North America, ideal for kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, or simply watching unforgettable sunsets. The property borders Camp Helen State Park, giving nature lovers immediate access to scenic trails and protected wildlife areas. Don't forget the fishing gear!

Inside, the home features an open kitchen, dining, and living area designed for easy gathering and entertaining. With four bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates families and groups. One bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor, while the second level includes the primary suite, an additional guest room, and a bunk room perfect for children or teens. .

Relax outdoors on the covered front porch or unwind on the shaded side porch. The community pool and clubhouse sit right on the lake, offering a serene spot to cool off or enjoy the view. Enjoy the community grill by the pool. The house does not have a grill.

PROS: access to the communal dock which gave us access to Powell Lake. The house was spacious and the front porch was a great amenity.CONS: house lacked basic necessities-had to ask for kitchen towels and several other items - not all requests were met. Kitchen was bare bone. No grill. For a beach house it had no beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. you either need to rent everything beach relate or lug them with you. First two days we slowly discovered missing or defective items which not only annoyed us but annoyed our rental PM because we had to constantly text them to ask for stuff. Her response time became slower as the week progressed. Water filter had to be replaced, foyer lights not working, broken bedroom lamp…..definitely not the best rental we’ve experienced. We were either the first renters in this home or the owners did not want to put too much effort to making this a welcoming or comfortable stay because they want to sell the house. Apparently the house had been on the market for a year.Would not recommend this rental. Plenty of other homes in the area.

We do want to clarify that every request submitted during your stay was addressed in a timely manner by our property management team. A few maintenance items, such as the water filter and lighting concerns, were handled as quickly as possible once reported. We also want to note that this home does not advertise or include beach equipment, beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, or a grill as part of the rental amenities. We understand this may not have aligned with your expectations, but these items are not listed in the property description. We appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen setup and overall experience, and we will continue evaluating ways to improve guest comfort and communication.
