HEATING AND COOLING

The home uses a two-condenser mini-split heating and cooling system.

All indoor units connected to the same condenser must operate in the same mode, either heating or cooling. The system may take approximately 3 to 5 minutes to begin operating after settings are changed.

Please keep exterior doors and windows closed while the system is running. Detailed operating instructions are provided inside the home.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Detailed arrival and check-in instructions will be provided before your stay.

For the smoothest arrival, please follow the recommended route included in your pre-arrival message and enter the neighborhood through 4th Street.

Please avoid alternate GPS routes through 1st Street, 2nd Street, Sherry Trail, or Wildwood Avenue.

HOUSE RULES

Please help us maintain a peaceful, clean, and welcoming environment.

- No smoking or vaping inside the home or anywhere on the property
- Smoking must take place completely off the property where legally permitted
- No parties, events, disruptive gatherings, or unauthorized visitors
- No pets
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Excessive noise is prohibited at all times
- Only registered guests may enter or stay at the property unless approved in writing
- Maximum of 3 vehicles
- Children must be supervised when using the backyard and playset
- Please respect the home, surrounding properties, and neighbors

Documented property damage, smoke remediation, missing items, unauthorized occupancy, or excessive cleaning costs may be submitted through the booking platform for review.

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS

For guest and property safety, exterior security cameras are located at:

- The front entrance
- The driveway
- The backyard

The cameras monitor exterior areas only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

We provide an initial supply of:

Shaw's Supermarket is approximately 5 minutes away if additional supplies are needed.

WINTER PARKING

The City of Worcester may enforce winter parking restrictions during winter weather and snow emergencies.

Guests must use the designated driveway spaces whenever restrictions are active. Street parking may result in ticketing or towing.
