This place was just outstanding. The location was great, the kitchen and all the bedrooms and bathroom was wonderful. Everything you need is here. So don't walk but run to book them for your stay. We did a couples trip and it was perfect. The decor was beautifully done, we didn't use the hot tub, but it was available on the screen in back porch. He host was always available to answer any questions we had. Again an overview outstanding stay!

This property and home are stunning. The home is surrounded by a lush wooded area, providing privacy and enjoyment of wildlife. The farmhouse has been meticulously and lovingly decorated, inviting and cozy from the moment you step inside. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to return soon.

This mountain home is private, clean, spacious and well-appointed. Furniture in living room and upstairs den are comfy. Games for children. Everything you need for a great stay from kitchen appliances to the firepit area outside and the hot tub. We particularly enjoyed the wrap around porch.Close to Helen and Ruby Anna falls is just down the street.I would highly recommend this mountain retreat.

Beautiful property! Plenty of space indoors and outside. We enjoyed swinging on the patio and in the hammocks out back. Close to town and hiking trails. I’m already ready to plan our next trip back!

If I could give this wonderful property a 10 instead of 5 stars I would!!!! The house was beautiful and so comfortable. The host was very nice and so easy to communicate with. I didn’t find anything that wasn’t up to par. In fact my husband kept telling our family at the reunion we were attending how nice our place was! Highly recommend

This was a wonderful respite so close to Helen and Sunburst Stables, where we went horseback riding! I loved the decorating touches, very nice seasonal decor for the fall. This time of year, we did not see a grill onsite but we didn't need one! The hot tub was amazing and they had so many things you'd need! Plenty of towels, extra linen, any kitchen device you'd need, as well as cutlery, dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils. Great water pressure! The driveway is a little steep and gravel with plenty of parking by the house. We fit three cars comfortably. The host sent the code to get in the house a few hours before check in, and sent out the rental agreement as soon as the amount was paid in full. There are some slight variations in checkout instructions between what was sent and what was in the listed in the house, but we figured it out! We 100% would stay here again. Great host communication, amazing property with everything you would need. 10/10.

I felt like I was back at my grandmother's house when we pulled in the driveway. Charm abounds throughout the home and onto the wrap around front porch. The house is well furnished and the kitchen is well supplied. All bedrooms feature king size COMFORTABLE beds with private bathrooms. Unfortunately it rained our entire visit so we did not get to relax in the hammocks or enjoy the fire pit, but they are there for your pleasure. I did manage to nap on the porch swing bed and enjoy the rabbits nibbling grass in the front yard. The host is super easy to communicate with and we look forward to a return visit. Loved, loved, loved it!

Cozy clean cottage farmhouse

We had a lovely stay. Our 4 adults and two kids for a family spring break trip. It was so nice to each have our own full bathroom, as well as two separate living areas to all have space. We loved the hot tub and front swings. Great property! Thank you!

The property was beautifully maintained. The home was clean and inviting. The kitchen was huge and had everything you could need for cooking. I appreciate that everything was labeled for easy access. The bedrooms were large and the beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed afternoon naps on the platform swing and hammocks. The hot tub was great after a long day of sightseeing. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Overall a 10 out of 10 from our family.

Overall clean and quiet

This listing is exactly as described… BUT EVEN BETTER! We had every single thing that we needed at the house. Cabinets even labeled for easy finding! It was spotless when we got there. Jamie was very communicative and we were even able to check in early! The house is very spacious. Our kids loved the “game room”. This was their hideout for the week. Hot tub was extremely easy to use. Helen was an easy ride down, less than 10 minutes. The KWIK SAK gas station was able to fulfill the needs of things we needed quickly. Overall, amazing home in a great area for peace and comfort with a little adventure all around!
