This stay was everything we needed and as exactly as described. Our goal was the Ark and it was so close. Everything was clean, there were lovely Bible verses throughout and then the little snacks for the kids was the cherry on top. We would return without a doubt!

This house was truly cozy! The beds were hotel-like for comfort; and pillows, towels, and blankets were abundantly provided. The neighborhood gave us pause when we first drove in, but the neighbors we met seemed nice. The listing is certainly correct when it says this house is quiet! We didn’t hear a thing each night we were there.Very close to the Ark Encounter, which was our destination!

This property could be improved with small improvements and renovations. There were cracks in the ceilings and peeling paint. The paint needed many touch ups. It was not dirty but not exceptionally clean either. It needed a true deep clean. Shower grout was dirty, the kitchen counters needed a good cleaning. The front porch was simply gravel and had no landscaping. There is no appeal to the front of the house. A simple sidewalk with pavers would make such a difference. This house is fine but is desperate for some attention to cleaning details and landscaping. The neighborhood is nice and quiet although the house next door was in disrepair. The location is perfect for visiting the Ark.

I apologize for anything unclean- I’ll definitely highlight the countertops with my cleaner. I always aim for a safe, comfortable, clean stay. The house is very simple and is priced as a clean, comfortable house close to the Ark. I agree it’s not a luxury condo, but many people love it and have returned when they want an affordable option close to the Ark. The walls do take a lot of damage from guests and will be painted again this winter. I do it about every 2 years

We loved how close the property was to the “Ark” and the “Creation Museum”! We would have liked a grocery store for some plastic wrap & leftover’s containers, but the close by Mexican Market was great! We really appreciated the bbq grill, the grassy backyard for the kids, the big TV, and the washer & dryers because our 4-night stay was in the middle of a 10-day trip.

This house was very clean and we enjoyed our visit. The proximity to the Ark and not that far to the Creation Museum was the bonus for us. The host was quick to respond to all communications. I would stay here again next time I am in town.
