I really enjoyed my stay. The house was nice and being right off the lake was very relaxing. I have already recommended it to other people who plan on visiting next summer.

Quite, clean, there is an ant issue and the AC units could be larger. Overall a good place to stay.

There are no ants at the property. The house has been meticulously maintained including pest control. The AC got serviced and works great. The heating also works great.

My husband and I planned this weekend getaway as a chance to relax, fish, and enjoy some much-needed time away together. It was our first getaway in seven years, so we were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, our experience at this property was extremely disappointing.The kitchen was dirty, remodeling supplies were left scattered around the property, and the window A/C units did not work properly. To make matters worse, one of the A/C units had a tote lid being used as a drip pan, which gave us serious concerns about the condition and upkeep of the property.The biggest concern, however, was the dock. It was very unstable and felt unsafe to use, especially for anyone planning to fish and spend time on the water. Safety should be a top priority, and we did not feel comfortable with the condition of the dock.I do want to acknowledge that the property manager was very helpful and refunded our money, and we appreciate how they handled the situation. This review is not intended to reflect negatively on the property manager, but rather to make future guests aware of the condition of the property before they book.We understand that things can go wrong, but cleanliness, working air conditioning, and basic safety should be expected when paying for a vacation rental. Unfortunately, this property fell short in several important areas and did not provide the relaxing getaway we had hoped for. I’m sharing our experience so others can make an informed decision before booking

Great Lake House Stay!!

The owner was very communicative and attended our needs very well, even when we had a slight problem. The inside was clean, outside there were a few ants that got on our cars, but the owner called pest control and dealt with it the same day. Other than that, it was a peaceful

Good, but not great.

The place was okay for a weekend, but had some issues. When we arrived the clothes dryer was running with clothes in it, and the dishwasher was running with dishes in it. The home was very clean. The living room was hot with one window unit. The bedroom had a separate window unit so it was much cooler. The shower smelled like a septic tank. I recommend bringing your own linens and towels to use.
