Three Eagle Nest is a spacious home located in a quiet cul-de-sac of the tiny mountain town of Lake City, Colorado. It has expansive views of the surrounding mountains and the Lake City valley. This 4-bedroom/3-bath home (and additional sleeping area) has a fully appointed kitchen (stainless steel), a jet tub, games room with pool table; grilling deck accessed via the kitchen; and a larger deck facing the mountains! It's the perfect place to chill out after a fun day in the mountains!

We have an active Wyze cam mounted on the outside of our garage, which uses audio and video. It is used for security and safety purposes only.
Only TWO trailers of 18 ft or less allowed in parking area. Only park in our driveway; not in grassy areas; neighbor's drive/yard; cul-de-sac area.
Do not butcher any animals at or in this property. Do not leave animal parts in the house or in the garbage. The collector refuses to pick them up.
