5 bikes available which was convenient and nice hot tub pet friendly quick drive to the sharc and village enough space for my group appreciated the available shampoo, conditioner and body wash. shower was pretty nice, stayed warm- was not aware there was a pet fee which was not visibly stated in the listing, that was disappointing and frustrating- no AC, it was pretty hot inside during the day and evening hours. the morning and overnight hours were nice as it was cool- no available broom or vacuum- no drying rack which would have been helpful- no available oven mitt which would have been helpful- no available dish towels

Pros. Beautiful, solid safe house. Kitchen decently supplied. (bring your own seasonings, there are none). Cons. Have stayed at Sunriver in many different houses, this was the most deceiving when it came to pictures and the most expensive. The house looks huge in the pictures. It’s pretty small in reality. The bunk bed room with the “double bed” is a futon, if you have someone with back problems don’t have them sleep there. The comforter was shoved under the bed, not fully made. The hot tub was unlocked dirty when we arrived. The couch was filthy. The top looked clean! Under the cushions was all kinds of junk, crumbs, fur, lint, and literal garbage. I picked up the larger garbage pieces, threw them away. It needs a good vacuuming. (I check between and under the cushions and couch to make sure we don’t leave something behind.) It was obvious it isn’t an area the cleaners clean and has had months of build up. During checkout I checked under the couch and there was old torn up news papers, lint and hair, foam garbage pieces, old broken dog toys, dust, a ton of hair; so much that when you grab your sock that had slid under it is fully covered with hair. Gross. There was also hair around the sides of the washer and dryer. No house broom provided but found a shop broom out in the garage, pulled the whole couch out, swept under the couch, threw away the pile of garbage that was under it. We payed over twice what we normally do for the week(5000), smaller house and had to clean.
