Nestled in a tranquil setting secluded away from it all this adorable property features 1 XL queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a cozy living room with a double sofa bed. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, AC, and a fitness area, & a screened in porch large enough for all guest's to sit and enjoy a quiet meal while listening to nature in the background. Guests can relax and unwind at this beautiful retreat. The property itself is over 25 acres, has a hot tub, outdoor shower, and built in fire pit for you to enjoy. We also have a cabin at the top of the property that sleep's up to 6 if you are looking for more space. Check out our other listing and consider renting them together if you are seeking more space.

I grew up in Washington, DC, but have moved to Marshall about 5 yrs ago.
Why they chose this property
It's very quiet here and nature is everywhere. It's common to see wildlife while on walks or looking out the window which I very much enjoy. Downtown and the grocery store are only about 7 mins away and the city of Asheville is only about 30 mins away if we ever feel like going to the city and doing some shopping. Everything is here, but the location also gives us the opportunity to go off grid if we choose.
The French Broad River and Hot Springs are just miles away. Lot's of hiking and views nearby. Max patch is a place I visit often and recommend everyone to visit at least once.

What makes this property unique
Everything in this property was selected by a artist and a man with a keen eye for all thing's outside the box.The entire home and property are the opposite of cookie cutter. Together their minds created a masterpiece. We rent both the house and the cabin together if you need more space and can sleep up to 12. Just inquire for a deal for both and we are happy to assist with that.
