Great apartment in Little Italy San Diego, close to everything including downtown, Petco Park, and freeway access. Host was great to work with, no issues at all. Great deck to catch the sunset, and to watch planes land at the Airport. It was great having a secure parking spot as well. Highly recommend this property.

Piccolo Italia was a wonderful apartment for our stay in San Diego. The apartment was super clean and the couch & beds were very comfortable. There is even a view of the bay from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room.The kitchen was great. With so many restaurants to choose from, we really didn't do any cooking, but it had everything you would need. The neighborhood is fantastic, with so many places to eat and lovely little shops to explore.Kimberly was awesome to work with, great communication. We will be back!

This apartment was adorable! It is just as pictured and very clean. Easy to get to write off the freeway and we immensely appreciated the parking!!! We love little Italy and the apartment was walking distance to so many things.-the area can’t be beat! Also one other thing to mention, we felt very safe even walking at night. Kimberly could not have been a nicer host, she was absolutely amazing with communication and was so sweet. We would definitely stay again. thank you so much for letting us stay at your lovely apartment:)

Excellent stay! Kim our host was super friendly and helpful. The place really felt like home, and it was not too noisy for our baby. Spotlessly clean, beautiful view, and a great location among the restaurants of Little Italy. With the free parking spot, we walked pretty much everywhere.

Our stay here was amazing! Our host was super accommodating and communicative, and shared many ideas and advice with us about the surrounding area! She was super knowledgeable and kind! The apartment itself was beautiful with a beautiful view. It was clean and well maintained and in a great spot. The couch was super comfy as we're the bed, and we loved having a place to cook our own meals. The garage was clean and bright and a big value to have while staying in this area. All in all a amazing place to stay! Thank you again!

Great place and location! We stayed here with our 2year old toddler May 2026 for the Rock and Roll Marathon. It was the perfect spot, walkable to the finish and many restaurants/ things to do. The farmers market is just a block away so we explored that Saturday. Parking was a little tight but we made it work with a rented Mazda 5. The apartment itself felt bigger than it appears in pictures, everything clean, easy. Much better than a hotel with all the perks of location. I will say after our toddler went to bed we had to stay pretty quiet in the kitchen and Jack and Jill style bathroom because noise carried easily, but this is to be expected without carpet on the floor. Recommend and would stay again! Thanks!

Outstanding Stay in the Heart of Little Italy!We had a fantastic stay at Piccola Italia! The apartment was everything advertised and more—perfectly located right in the heart of Little Italy with tons of amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and the local Farmers Market just a short walk away. It was incredibly convenient to all the top San Diego spots, including the Waterfront, Balboa Park, downtown, and the San Diego Zoo.The apartment itself is a lovely end-unit with two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, and a nice private balcony. It was the perfect setup and size for our group of four adults. Even though it is so close to all the action, the unit was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Having secure dedicated parking in the garage down below was another huge plus.It is a very well-kept place and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay—kitchen utensils, pots and pans, appliances, a coffee maker, iron, and fans in the rooms. You name it, it was there!Kimberly's communication was top-notch from the moment we booked through check-out. Her detailed instructions made check-in smooth and effortless, and her local recommendations for dining and activities were super helpful.We highly recommend staying here for anyone planning a trip to San Diego. If we ever visit again, this will easily be our top choice. Thank you for being such a great host!

Great location. Food and coffee and bars all walking distance. Tram stop close too. Parking space was perfect, if a but narrow. I do not recommend an SUV or Van due to limited space. The condo was pristine. Stocked with spices and oil too, which is a nice touch. No complaints.
