The house is beautiful - packed with amazing art and quirky features. Very clean and comfortable. The downstairs area was fantastic and the yard was beautifully landscaped. The views of neighboring properties brought down loveliness a bit, but everyone kept to themselves and we had no issues.

Great Historical home. Some old Spanish style flair, dark and mood calming , Overall a great place to relax. We were there for a work trip but I brought my kids with me and it was great. Would recommend !

Host delayed responses over and hour and none at all.Property was unmaintained, dirty , moldy, extremely uncomfortable beds, and furniture, appliances that did not work properly, food on plates I. The cabinetNo blinds on any windows in front and had what looked like a camera facing into the home.Views are of trashed backyards and vehicles on blocks.Bushes blocking being able to use the hand rails to stairs. Not safeHot tub and patio all molded, stinky, rundown , rusted and spray paint marks.There isn’t a community pool, it’s a public pool and cost to enter.I was charged 350 I. Host fees which they said were included with the cost of nightly stay and no hidden fees.Host not responding to me or VRBO to resolve/ refund
