Relax and renew in this spacious, sun splashed cottage nestled on a quiet road in the Champlain Valley, with gorgeous views and spectacular sunsets. Recently remodeled with a brand new gourmet kitchen. Wall to wall windows. Super comfortable king sized bed in large bedroom, spacious sitting area with pullout sofa, outdoor patio with dining table and new propane grill.

Less than 20 minutes to Vergennes and Middlebury, and easy access to world class hiking. Lake Champlain is just 5 minutes down the road for kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming; we provide complimentary kayaks. Local breweries, farm to table restaurants, museums, and antique shops abound.

While ownership is new, this wonderful cottage has had a 5 star reputation for many years -- and new owners are experienced with hospitality. Come enjoy a slice of heaven at the foot of the Adirondacks.
