This condo has been beautifully remodeled throughout, with a new, well-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and cookware. Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors, new carpet, and modern furnishings. Cozy down pillows and comforters with 1,000 thread count linens for bedding, 55" Smart TV, cable, and high-speed internet. Public transportation and shuttles are right outside your door. Guests can enjoy the hot tub, sauna, and pool. Clubhouse may be rented for private events. Parking space available. The balcony overlooks a private little yard nurtured with beautiful flowers by local residents, and has views of he ski area to the right and the Continental Divide to the left (the lush Aspen trees may block some of the views in the summer, but add their own ambiance and privacy.
