Charming fully furnished well kept home in quiet neighborhood with big fully fenced backyard and short drive or walk to downtown Port Clinton district and Jet Express. Natural light penetrates every room in open concept home. Equipped with Washer and Dryer, updated fridge and gas range stove. Fully furnished and well stocked so just bring your clothes! Castaway Cottage is fully managed by a respectful and responsive owner that can attend to any concerns or questions during your stay. For those with certain allergies, please note we do allow pets to stay at this property on occasion.

Amazing host!

Very nice, very clean, well stocked. Plenty of space for 2 cars and a large boat trailer. Super host very responsive and willing to help ensure we had an amazing stay. Thanks again for your hospitality looking forward to coming back in June for my hubby's birthday!

Another Great Stay

I almost hesitate to share how much I love this place because I’d hate for it to be fully booked the next time I want to visit. This was our third stay at Castaway Cottage, and it never disappoints. The space is always spotless, cozy, and full of charm. We love the backyard too! Scott, the owner, is wonderful to work with and truly makes you feel right at home. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would!

The Castaway Cottage was a memorable place! Beautiful outside in front of house with lantern decorations on porch & lights around bushes. Equally nice & cozy inside with 2 beds, 1 bath inside. Updated appliances. Beds so comfortable with memory foam. Such a nice sleep. He has fans in ea room on floor in case you need more air. I did. Lol. There is a washer/dryer in one appliance , really nice, we used it a lot too. We even used oven & stove! Nice refrigerator too! The backyard was a huge area for our dogs ( we had approval for 2).Very, Very Pet Friendly. The dogs loved it! The host Scott was amazing on the communication! He really cares about his guests to enjoy their stay. I feel like I made a good friend! I will remember this place & definitely book again! Thank you so much Scott for an amazing stay, we very much enjoyed.

VERY NICE AND CLEAN OLDER HOME CLOSE TO MANY AMENITIES.

This was a nice place close to where we wanted to be. An older home in a nice neighborhood. It was very clean and had all the things we needed to be comfortable. The host were extremely attentive and made sure we made the most of our stay. We did bring a pet and although there was a great big back yard for her to roam, there is no direct access from inside the house to the back yard. The back gate is only a few steps from the side door, however it was not enjoyable having to go out with her in the rain to let her do her business.
